The BLS team’s experience comes with a deep understanding of the Department of Labor and IRS regulations involved with 401(k)/403(b) plans. Maintaining a plan’s compliance is an integral part of managing a plan within the heavily regulated employer sponsored plan industry. Our team has the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary), CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), CPFA (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor), FSCP® (Financial Services Certified Professional) designations.
